Are your products gluten free?
Yes, all of our products are gluten free.
Are your products vegan?
Yes, all our products are dairy free and vegan.
How long will my raw cakes last?
Our raw cakes are best enjoyed on the day they are delivered but can be refrigerated for up to 5 days. If you want to enjoy it slowly, we recommend freezing the products upon delivery. Instructions are on the products page.
The raw cakes I received are still frozen. What do I do?
Freezing is part of the raw cake making process, Your order is shipped directly from our kitchen so it is normal if you find that your raw cakes are still frozen. All you need to do is pop them in the fridge and let it thaw for 45-60 mins. The same applies to raw cakes that have gone down to room temperature. Just pop them in the fridge. Our raw cakes are best served chilled and have the consistency of a smooth and creamy cheesecake.
How do I store my raw cakes?
Raw cakes should be refrigerated in their packaging.
How many days in advance do I need to order?
We require 24 business hours notice on all cakes as they are all made to order.
Where can I collect my order from?
We offer a click and collect service from our Boca Raton location.
What are your pick up times?
All orders placed via our website must be picked up Tuesday-Sunday between 11 am-8 pm.
Can we stop into your store to pick up?
We are actually not a store at all. We have our little manufacturing kitchen in Boca Raton and all orders must be placed via our website and picked up at your chosen pick up date.
Do you deliver?
We can deliver raw cakes within certain areas (Coconut Creek, Parkland, Boca Raton, Coral Springs, Deerfield Beach, Pompano Beach, Delray Beach, Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood, Davie, North Miami, Aventura, Sunny Isles Beach). There will be a charge of $10-15.
What if I am out when my delivery arrives?
Please be sure to specify alternative delivery information when booking online. The couriers will be happy to leave with a neighbour or in a desired location as specified when booking. If no one is available to receive delivery the driver will return the product to the bakery and you will need to make other arrangements to collect. Alternatively, we can arrange redelivery for the following day at an additional cost.
Do you do same day delivery?
Unfortunately not. Your order is made fresh and will be ready anytime from 2 up to 3 working days depending on how busy we are that week.
